"After spending years working in private, I have decided to share Opposite Direction's next-generation athletic innovation pipeline with select partners and organizations who share our values for sports, technology, and human potential.
To our followers...
I'll be sharing behind-the-scenes looks into my life as the founder of OD, as a coach, and as an advisor. I hope this can help us find inspiration and perspective as we pursue our potential.
Jason Day's ability to minimize lateral movement with 95% of his pressure under his trail leg is an example of how easy it is to underrate the elite physical capabilities of the best golfers in the world.

@RA_Parker I can't tell you how often I ask guys their approach and they give me a vague/indefinite answer. Up the middle is vague. Gap to gap is vague. If you have a vague approach, expect vague results. Be clear and concise when planning a swing. DEFINITELY know your approach.
Opposite Direction. Lock your bat in/on to an object, and use your entire body as one to pull out/off the object. If the ball is your outcome, you're going to break strikeout records if you're facing good pitching https://t.co/b66CyfF4b8
@HyattCraig Don't swing at the ball. Let the ball come to your swing, which is associated to the strike zone, and predetermined object(s). This way you don't have to lean back on back leg, or jump forward depending on what the ball does or does not do.
