@airtransat Our flight was delayed several times white at destination then got canceled while at airport.

We were rescheduled to return home the next day after dealing with endless lineups at buses and at cheap hotel we got for the night.

@porterairlines and @airtransat are currently sending my friend back and forth in the same call because neither will claim responsibility for rescheduling our 2nd flight while we are still mid air from flight 1. It would be hilarious if it weren’t so annoying

@airtransat very upset with your customer service. I flew YYZ-YUL on 04 Jan. Flew YUL-CDG on the 4th as well and arrived the next day. My bags never arrived with me! I was in Paris from 05 Jan until 10 Jan and my bags were never delivered. I am considering filing charges!!!

@airtransat trying to modify existing flight date for Porto to Toronto from Friday July 10 to Monday July 13 for 2 people. We are booked Club Class Flex.
