Another win for bus riders. ๐
Today, Miami-Dade restored $9.2 million to Metrobus service. That means 4,211 more riders will still have a bus home come March. So far this year, $21.5 million in cuts have been reversed.
The work is not done. A $9.9 million gap remains. If it is not closed in the coming months, some riders will lose service in March 2027. If Amendment 3 passes, the gap grows by another $29 million next year.

Miami-Dadeโs transit faces cuts next spring. Will county commissioners back the 50-cent fare hike @MayorDaniella wants ? Iโm hearing a 25-cent hike is in the mix. Would that do much good in terms of bringing back late-night bus service ? https://t.co/YWHmLNODq2
