@THOMASSABO hi, I haven’t heard back from u yet re: my broken bracelet which is less than 8 wks old. Can u help pls? I love the bracelet. Y can’t I go into ur shop & replace it? Y does ur Cus Ser agent say I have to send it back to u so u can send it to Germany?

@THOMASSABO hi, I’m very disappointed with ur customer service agent, Saskia. My friend bought me this bracelet early December but it broke last week. She said they have to send it back to Germany before it can be replaced or repaired, approx 5 wks. This is ridiculous.

@GBNEWS seriously I can’t watch when Angela Rippon is presenting. She’s just awful. Can’t stand her voice & comes across as patronising all the time. Where’s Anne? I use to look forward to Anne & Stephen at the w/e. Rippon is painful to watch & listen too. I’ll be back on Monday
