$COMP call was phenomenal today. This slide alone is all you need to see.
Provided an update on $HOUS merger synergies. 1 bln EBITDA assuming 0 incremental growth levers AND a flat housing market.
Think this thing is just getting started
I'm trying to teach myself tennis. I suck ass
So I decided to film myself and have Claude build a biomechanics analyzer so I could see what's going wrong with my horrid technique
Took less than an hour
What an incredible time to be alive and MOAR COMPUTE
With how compute constrained we are, I kinda feel like there's an embedded call option in $META if they decide to shill out capacity, like $SPCX with Colossus and Anthropic
Market already loves their core business cause it just shits cash. But yeah, Zuck is notoriously stubborn
The costs will be passed through no matter what. And I’m sure they diversify with $SKHY and Samsung.
The problem will really arise if $DELL is one of those 7 names. I can only assume they’d eat $HPE’s lunch. Based on latest earnings call though both firms rhetoric regarding memory was the same, if anything $HPE was more constructive on supply visibility and agreements.
But yeah, memory is a problem. Don't know if $HPE or $DELL is on list. Relative price action is probably going to be the best tell going forward.
Alright so agentic AI is here, enterprises are adopting it. I've been trying to figure out what the infra stack is going to be and where the value is going to accrue
This is all a first pass, but I'm starting to think there's going to be a meaningful shift to on prem compute and we end up hybrid
$HPE seems to be the primary enabler and I'm a fan of their execution thus far
Alright I did some more digging and kind of found a stick in the mud for $HPE - memory. They gotta buy DRAM directly from memory suppliers
The real issue is from $MU's most recent earnings call. They announced these SCA's (Strategic Customer Agreements) 5y deals guaranteeing alloc, carrying a price floor and crucially a price ceiling
7 names signed deals, "four very large customers and three medium-sized". I can think of 7 names more important than $HPE to $MU
