@onslotton@Govindtwtt I rented a $375/mo office a couple of years ago, they wanted to see how much I had in the bank. The last few places I rented before I bought my house wanted to verify my employment and my credit as well as my bank balance. The standards keep getting higher, bruh.
@FightWithMemes I used to do QA for a company that hired temp workers in the construction trade. I've seen the spread between the negotiated wage with the companies the workers were placed at and what was actually paid to the workers. I assure you the number is more like 50-70%.
