@ozi_crypto@otisa502 20c is generous was my point.
There's not enough liquidity to pay all cel holders 20c. This is a crypto casino, sir. And the ball landed on red when you bet on black. I suffer too but glad to get something instead of nothing like I was expecting and sooner than expected too.
@ozi_crypto@otisa502 Because 20c is the ICO price and 81c is not a real price even at the snapshot time of bankruptcy filing.
Imagine what would happen if all supply was unlocked today. Price go up or down? How muxh liquidity is out there on the market ready to pay 81c for this token?
@IncomeSharks@CramerTracker Did you ever think that Jim is just playing a bit?
I think he's saying the wrong thing on purpose for the engagement, for viewership & for spreading his name (good or bad) on social media. The inverse Cramer method seems to be too good to be true.
@IncomeSharks@koreanjewcrypto Web1. You look at data.
Web2. You interact with data.
Web3. You transact with data.
Web1 was text + simple pictures only.
Web2 was logging in and placing orders, customising homepages etc.
Web3 is a direct monetary interface.
@WillyBarbs@FightHaven Watch it again with sound turned off.
The adult threw the first punch and should be fired for that.
The kid should have been punished non-violently, suspension, expulsion w/e but not a punch. We don't live in the 40's anymore.
@w3tw0rk5@JA50Neth Wrong.
You can google a full HD picture of the Mona Lisa, right click save. Same thing here too.
An NFT is not a picture. An NFT is a token on the blockchain that hyperlinks to a picture.
@ChazzonKe Context needed here mate!
He is referring to FTX clawbacks.
Who would want to pay 2B to FTX? Fight them with the lawyers of course!
Your post is disingenuous and makes it sound like customer withdrawals.
@TheFinancer End it quickly so we can stop talking about it and it doesn't drag out for ten years.
Then I can unfollow everything Celsius related and move the fuck on.
@bitcoinarchive@JoeNakamoto@cz_binance The way I read it is
"99% of people in the world (8+billion) would lose their keys" <-- what I think cz meant + I agree.
Vs
"99% of those who currently self custody will lose their keys" <-- this is the misquote and is most likely very incorrect
@FunkyOptions@Tree_of_Alpha@CL207 Safe but why hold it at all?
BUSD is backed by regulated company PAXOS however what is the point of holding if not using it for anything when you could just have USD instead in a savings account.
@CelsiusLoans CEL in kind recovery doesn't make any sense.
There's not enough bid side liquidity available on the market. If everyone that lost funds got paid in CEL there would be a rush to sell down to zero. Those not quick enough to sell/buyers would be left with nothing.
@DigitalAssetUpd@Metatainment In my country the law is when assets are received AND under our control.
I'd say that locked withdrawals are not under our control and that doesn't count.
Not clear when I can claim the full tax loss though on the balance 😓
