So the problem here is that anti-racism in the way that is described by Dr. Kendi, is not often how it is practiced by the masses.
He explicitly states that criticizing or stereotyping someone for being white is racist. This is very far away from where the discourse is.
Americans who lived through the moral panic of the George Floyd years as students developed resentments that may affect their political orientations for life. Regardless of race or ethnicity, but especially if they were treated as oppressors deserving be shamed, they may be expected to drift over time to whichever political party comes closest to treating them as individuals.
Hypothesis: Over the long run, the main effect of anti-racist training will be to produce disproportionately nationalist, and disproportionately anti-woke cohorts. Testing: Compare the political attitudes of age groups that endured heavy anti-racist training with those of close age groups that had just graduated.
@LinkofSunshine There is a perpetual lie that gets floated around progressive circles that our prison problem is because of drugs, and they think that abolishing prisons will emancipate all of these unfairly convicted non violent drug dealers who aren’t actually there.
