@Churchover@British_Airways So glad its just not me. Just need to change a date of a flight for my son..... do it online they say, choose new flights, next page, says unable to do request, please call. Cut off each time. Hopeless. Terrible service. Might try at airport!
@swisspost Very disappointed.... express overnight delivery from @zalando to be here last Thursday 16th Dec. Called SwissPost twice, Saturday and today, no idea where 2 parcels are. Sorted for delivery both Friday 18th and Monday 21st, but still delivery date unknown. #nothappy
