Wednesday saw pax being sent home when there were 2 coaches waiting to transport pax south Not a staff fail. Hadn’t been told by ‘management🤡

@hanbl3zz@AvantiWestCoast You can claim back your 1st Class portion of your ticket as you did not receive a food/drink service. Raise a complaint via the delay/repay scheme. It’s not much but it’s better in a passengers pockets than the bottomless pocket of FIRSTGROUP AVANTI.

@AvantiWestCoast @FLSmith1 For clarity Virgin Trains offered complimentary tea, coffee, water after 30 minutes delay. FIRSTGROUP AVANTI increased this to a period of 60 minutes. BY THEIR DEEDS YOU WILL KNOW THEM.
