@QuistAndy I think you are spot on!! I work for a non-profit with only a few full-time staff and we have been able to afford high quality software that allows us to keep it cheap but then scale up once we grow. What used to be too expensive is now available to almost everyone!

@bwmcanally93 Very true. While that sounds scary for larger companies looking to scale their HR staff, it is extremely helpful for small businesses that either have one person doing all of the HR or someone who does HR as well as other things. It makes it manageable!
