@kha1926 @TheDigitalDam Fair assessment. But, the initial plan was to clearly take only 4 MWC members. As that plan publicly failed, they nabbed the 5th team last minute. The door was then open to take 4 more and all of this would have been at no cost. But instead, the PAC funded the MWC's survival.
