Among the many problems with the idea of a “protected hairstyle” is that precisely none of the black hairstyles are actually unique to black people or originated by them. Nordic people wore dreadlocks a thousand years ago. Victorian era Europeans wore tight curls, so did the Greeks and Romans long before them. Braids have been worn by all races of people everywhere on the globe since the dawn of humanity. -Missing budget codes
-Invalid budget codes (i.e. the payment was not linked to the budget)
