The issue is that 7 days ago, they said customs was cleared and it would be delivered in 3-5 days. 3-5 days has passed, and no tracking updated yet, even after later promises it would be by Tuesday

@Segway @robtoomer @Indiegogo Go back further and see this: "Hi there, your package has finished the customers clearance process and is ready for delivery. It usually takes 3-5 days for local delivery. Thank you for your patience!" so it should already be delivered, but we don't even have a tracking update.

@Segway @robtoomer @Indiegogo If you read through the indiegogo discussion you will see comments from Segway like this "Hi there, the tracking information of your package will be updated by the UPS on this Tuesday". Well its thursday with nothing updated on our tracking numbers.
