I finally have all 1.2 million raw image files from my latest mission to ISS! Here is a sample of one of my favorite Milky Way photos, taken from the Cupola with Nikon Z9, Arri Zeiss 15mm lens, T1.8 with custom sidereal drive that cancelled out star motion relative to our orbit.

To end the anti-immigration protests, Dutch police have received orders to start threatening mothers that their children will be taken away.

I messaged one such mother yesterday (the one in the video below). Her husband was arrested and detained for 2 hours just for being present at a protest. She is terrified and won't be protesting again.

Dutch media wrote about these 'family outings' last week. The presence of women and children apparently threatens to normalize 'the far right'.

But it's the government that is radicalizing. The mayor of one town suggested to bring in the Dutch military to take over from the police. Police forces don't like it that the public have started to truly hate them.

Als je een actieve, nuttige, landsdienende politicus was zou je wetsvoorstellen opstellen om de inkomstenbelasting te verlagen en de asielinstroom volledig te stoppen. Je zou de marechaussee en het leger uitbreiden, beter laten trainen, en meer apparatuur bestellen voor onze grensbewaking. Je zou met de minister van Financïen samen wekenlang je hoofd breken over hoe we de staatsschuld af kunnen betalen, en hoe we het gas in Groningen kunnen gebruiken om een Sovereign Wealth Fund op te zetten. Je zou de handelsdeals met Amerika aanscherpen zodat onze export competitiever wordt. Je zou ervoor zorgen dat de overheid permanent krimpt door automatisering te overzien.

Wat voor nut heeft het bezoeken van een gezagvoerder op Sint Eustatius en praten over het SLAVERNIJVERLEDEN EN EEN OLIETERMINAL. Politici zijn enkel acteurs. Niet eens middelmanagers. Acteurs.
