@WendyBookworm @kj_charles Hello Wendy. Where are you based? There are major supply issues of the Lifespan models with very few arriving between March and July into Europe. The cheaper models on ebay etc aren't great. https://t.co/ZTsXDxlZbJ
@kj_charles@alanfleming So glad this had made such a huge difference to your health. The new model is a big improvement on the one you had. It's heavier duty and quieter but sounds likes you've really got some miles in since we last spoke.
@WellbeingPulse We are finding many people are now feeling negative impacts of home working. Lack of activity, especially in the winter months plus poor ergonomics in home setups are causing physical and mental health issues.
Home working doesn't have to mean low activity! We've heard from many people who tell us wfh is affecting their health. You can achieve the perfect posture and plenty of steps with a treadmill desk.

@carpenterslass @ErikaBoerman We could have a “tortoise and the hare” situation here! I walk at 1.1mph but for 4 to 5 hours a day. I find that nicely melodic and I can carry out all my tasks at that speed.
@carpenterslass Oh dear! Your email probably went to Lucy. Most regular “running” treadmills will burn out if you walk on them for long periods. This is because there is a lot of friction when walking yet the motor runs slowly and doesn’t cool itself.
