Hey @oncor @ERCOT_ISO how many Texas customers have been without power for more than 24 hours? We are getting hundreds of reports of dire situations. Are those part of the controlled outages? When can people expect to have their power restored if they've been out for that long?

@ACT My daughter has not received an email. And she was scheduled for June. Seniors have not been helped in this situation. Unacceptable

@ACT Waited 40 minutes. My daughter then completed registration but payment page locked up. Now saying she needs to come back later to complete. But she would like to keep the date in October she selected

@ACT My daughter waited 49 minutes to get in, had to create a new account because her only act account log in info did not work, registered, but cannot compete the payment. It keeps saying an error occurred and to try back later.
