@RSPCAELHBranch hi, there is a lost white dog around Birchdale Gardens/Overton Drive in Chadwell Heath. I tried to stop it to look at its collar but it was terrified and ran away from me. Kept running into the road. Are you able to help?

[TreenieTweets @treenie_tweets]

@Incognitosafe @twinklresources Me too!

[TreenieTweets @treenie_tweets]

@TfL please give a massive thank you to Haque (and his colleague) at Chadwell Heath station who helped us when my elderly father fell outside the station. He supported us with a wheelchair to the car and was so calm and helpful! Thank you!

@CostaCoffee Great thanks, we were last there on Saturday 29th at about 10:30am!

[TreenieTweets @treenie_tweets]

@CostaCoffee massive shout out to the manager, Aga, of Romford Brewery (Pavillion). Makes my elderly parents feel like royalty on their daily visits and always a delight when I see her at the weekend. Little things make a big difference and she is amazing! Thank you!
