@MattWalshBlog It is a very poorly written ammendement, and should be changed.
Its a shame one side has spent 30 years saying that the constitution and its amendments are tantamount to sacred text that must be taken literally and are not subject to change or re-interpretation based on events.
@SenEricSchmitt Its extremely misled, and a very, very bad preccedent, to expect the court to interpret the ammendment to mean 'what it thinks it should have said' rather than 'what it says'.
As if you would let another court interpret the 1st and 2nd for 'what they thought it should have said'
@SenEricSchmitt The entire argument here is 'the ammendment was badly written' (which it was), but then pointlessly blaming the court for correctly reading it, as is their job.
The wording is crystal clear, and very damaging.
The constitution needs changing, the court can't do that.
@UtdMaI@BronixWeldon Do you expect FIFA managed to get every single team to agree to rig matches, including in a way that gets them eliminated?
And if you believe that... why rig the bracket? They could simply make every team facing Argentina lose, no need to rig the entire group stage.
@UtdMaI@BronixWeldon How is it rigged this time? The positioning in the brackets is done based on the results of the entire group stages and its a publicly available formula. so the only way to rig this to le Argentina through would be to accurately rig the results of every single game.
So how?
@mrsrdc1@booman22@amyklobuchar You got a law to cite on that? Or is this just a 'muh feels' situation?
Because people have been touching, splashing in, standing in, walking in and generally enjoying that pool for decades. Its not illegal to touch.
Some asshole even drove a presidential motorcade across it.
@SamaHoole @DailyBabafact You were full of shit BEFORE you used AI to create all these generic replies. You write one vaguely interested and not nonsense propoganda post and you feel the need to have an AI write all this slop underneath?
@tempertrade@Chydee All forms of immigration are down. Non-EU immigration was down 1/3rd.
UK national migration was stable
Net EU national migration was down, so fewer left than the year before.
So, maybe don't lie about it in a post accusing the government of lying.

@mbossch14@JamesSurowiecki You could not have picked a worse example for this. Bush inherited a strong economy and when he left the world was in the worst economic crisis in living memory and that crisis was largely US caused, and significantly due to government policy, or lack thereof.
@HamzaOday775@realMaalouf I really enjoy you saying 'This is not a drug, it has no relation to drugs' and then describing it doing exactly what a drug would do.
'This isn't water, it has no relation to water, it just fills a vessel to a level line, is drinkable, and makes everything wet'.
@LBMenefee@FoxNews Trump refuses to fund the Kennedy center unless it has his name on it (and remember he claimed that wasn't his idea and he didn't care), and you think this is a 'liberal' problem?
That the child will public infrastructure rot unless he can put his name on it?
@mrbradleyg1t@Maxxnaija@scott_gambier Yes, Russia bribed everyone willing to take a bribe. Which in FIFA was just everyone.
Germany won on merit, solid footballing nation.
@neildecrypt@bpodgursky@BeeKneeCards I fucking love that you asked Google instead of him, and then just beleived the answer and confidently called him a liar.
This is peak, peak social media. 10/10.
@Ryan_Parkerrr Fucking pussy. One mid-term goes against you and you leave? What shit-brained weakness is this? You can' expect either party to win every election so having a tantrum was just a matter of time.
None of these fake patriots willing to fight for shit. Give up in advance. pussy.
@mikhailjansen@scott_gambier You understand the world cup rotates between continents, right? So England is rarely even allowed to bid for the world cup, and almost always does when it can.
Oh no, wait, you didn't know that, google is free.
@Maxxnaija@scott_gambier The UK did bid for it, every time Europe is allowed to bid for it (which isn't often).
But the world cup hosting rights were bought from Blatter and his cronies, and the UK refused to bribe anyone so came last.
There is literally a TV series about it.
@WarrenSnax@LuxuryWatchGuy1 Buddy no-one is that illiterate. I said 'Over the last 4 months', and you are showing a 30 year chart.
And the OP says there have been 17 price rises in the last 3 years, which is a frequency of far more than every 4 months, so no, the latest price rise is not gold price.
