if you've been around crypto and haven't made it yet, don't give up even if it feels like you'll never hit big wins

no one really talks about the mental health aspect of staring at charts all day, emotions of winning, emotions of losing, and emotions of missing

it's stressful, it's draining, and it's not easy

since 2021, there have been 5 different times when I became depressed for one reason or another, but I got through all of them and today I'm in a better spot overall because I kept pushing

even this month has been tough and I'm trying to shake one of the worst cold streaks I've ever been on

you're not going to win every day

you're going to miss out on opportunities

you're going to sell stuff to early and watch it moon in front of your face and you'll say "if I had just held this I'd be set"

it happens to every single one of us

but one day, it can all turn around and you will find your groove

if you eventually decide to walk away from the casino, I don't blame you... it's not for everyone

but life is hard, and I think the sacrifices of pushing forward will always outweigh giving up
