Trading Halt dan Potensi Lengsernya Prabowo

18 Maret 2025 menjadi hari yang mungkin akan dicatat sebagai sejarah bagi banyak orang di Indonesia, khususnya pelaku saham. Pada pukul 11:19 WIB, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ambruk lebih dari 5%, turun 325,03 poin ke angka 6.146,91. Atas anjloknya harga saham, BEI harus menghentikan perdagangan sementara (trading halt), sesuatu yang terakhir kali terjadi saat pandemi COVID-19 melanda di Maret 2020.

Bayangkan, pasar saham yang biasanya ramai tiba-tiba “diam” karena semua panik. Namun, fenomena ini bukan hanya tentang saham atau uang di dompet para investor. Fenomena yang terjadi hari ini, berkaitan dengan cerita tentang hidup kita sehari-hari. Misalnya, harga beras yang naik, pekerjaan yang goyah, sampai harapan yang mulai pudar. Nah yang menjadi pertanyaan, “Apa yang sebenarnya terjadi di pasar saham?”.

Kalian bisa membayangkan kalau IHSG diibaratkan seperti termometer yang mengukur kesehatan ekonomi kita, dari akhir 2024 di angka 7.163, sekarang menjadi 6.146, turun lebih dari 11% dalam tiga bulan. Investor asing kabur membawa Rp 24 triliun, termasuk Rp 3,47 triliun sehari setelah Danantara diresmikan tanggal 24 Februari 2025. Trading halt diibaratkan sebagai tombol darurat yang ditekan oleh BEI, karena semua orang buru-buru menjual saham mereka.

Apa sih yang menyebabkan BEI menekan tombol darurat? Di dalam negeri, menurut saya terdapat tiga “biang kerok”: (1) Danantara, (2) pemotongan APBN, dan (3) RUU TNI. Sedangkan di luar negeri, tarif baru dari United State, perang Rusia-Ukraina, serta ekonomi US yang sedang sakit, membuat suasana tambah runyam. In my humble opinion, fenomena yang terjadi ini bukan hanya tentang angka, tetapi tentang kepercayaan yang ambruk.

STATEMENT ON TONG MING YAN (@squishy_blob)
Dear Uaenas,
We come to you with unfortunate news regarding our co-founder, Tong Ming Yan (@squishy_blob) with her family's consent. As many of you may know, she is also one of the founding members of lUteamstarcandy and has made immeasurable contributions over the years through various translation projects and fan support projects.

Earlier this year in April, Ming Yan suffered a cardiac arrest during a health screening procedure, resulting in irreversible brain damage and has been in vegetative state since then. She's currently transferred to a nursing hospital in South Korea while waiting for a medical assessment required for medical lawsuits as her husband seeks to sue the hospital for medical negligence. While her family desperately hopes to reunite with her in Singapore, the medical crisis in Korea has hampered the progress, and her husband has to cover immense monthly medical costs as they wait for the court proceedings.

We ask that all of you keep Ming Yan and her family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this difficult time.
