@landg_group I am trying to register a claim on my home insurance which says online open 24 hrs. I get 2 options. Register a new claim press one, when I do I am told this number no longer exists (incessantly) or option 2, call back at 9am!?

@bt_uk The engineer is from bt openreach, the fulfilment is by bt openreach, sky were only advised today by btopenreach they could not fulfil, is that not anything to do with you?
