As anti-immigration protests take place across South Africa today (Tuesday), the Border Management Agency (BMA) has warned that the current approach risks increasing tensions without addressing the real problems. https://t.co/rBQRM5zRo6
Remember that for as long as South Africa stands against this, Israel will stop at nothing to destabilize the country. I say this with my chest out. Those who know, know.

*“This Was Never About Legality”*
Speaking at the Siyafana Sonke Action Campaign press briefing ahead of the June 30 deadline, Koketso Moeti of Amandla mobi argued that anti-immigrant mobilisation is not simply about enforcing immigration laws, but about narrowing the definition of who belongs in South Africa.
She warned that this rhetoric dehumanises migrants and normalises the idea that some people can only thrive through the exclusion, removal or elimination of others.
President Mbeki on the anti-immigrant protests in SA:
"There's money behind it. There's purpose behind it. It's organized. It's not spontaneous. It doesn't come from the mindset of the people...you can see a lot of the noise around the continent, a lot of it basing on wrong information, but gradually you are seeing this marginalization of South Africa from the rest of the continent, which counter-revolution wants."
"President Mnangagwa has issued a clear and compassionate directive regarding the children of returnees. All schools across Zimbabwe have been instructed to make every effort to absorb children of returnees who need access to education facilities within their catchment areas. No child shall be turned away. Every returning child deserves the opportunity to continue their learning and build a future in their homeland."

[WATCH] Comrades the threat of this violence that is being promoted here is that there is a promotion of creating animosity between South Africa and the rest of the continent. South Africa does business with other African countries. We buy oil from the continent and many South African business do business on the continent. Soon those businesses will be removed and we have South Africans working in those countries.
We must never allow our Ubuntu to be undermined by vigilantes. These people are damaging the image of the country and the state must act and act decisively.
South African Chief Calls for Tsonga/changani people in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and SA to Unite
A South African movement advocating for the equality of the Tsonga/changani people has prompted senior traditional leaders to call for the unification of the tribe across national borders.
The call came during the annual Budula Festival held in Boli, Chiredzi South, in Zimbabwe’s Masvingo Province – an event dedicated to preserving and promoting MaTsonga/Machangani customs and heritage.
The festival was attended by Zimbabwe’s Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Barbara Rwodzi, Chief Gezani of Chiredzi, and Chief Humphrey Mugakula Makuleke of Makuleke village in Giyani, South Africa.
"I think it is time for MaTsonga/Machangani from Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and South Africa to unite in order to preserve our traditions for the next generation," said Chief Humphrey Mugakula Maluleke.
The celebration featured vibrant displays of the Xibelani dance, a traditional staple of the community, as well as showcases of Mapfura wine from the Mwenezi region.
The call for unity follows a march by a South African MaTsonga/Machangani movement to the Human Rights Commission in Johannesburg on Thursday, where they demanded equal recognition and rights.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe is set to host the Shangani/Hlanganani Dzimbabwe World Tourism Expo 2026 in September, and South African and Mozambican delegates have been invited to attend.

To my Zimbabwean brothers and sisters returning home from South Africa there is absolutely no shame in coming back. Life has its seasons and things can change in a split second. Come back home, pick yourself up, and let’s try again together.
While Trump offers asylum to privileged white South Africans, the people really being attacked in South Africa are Black immigrants. https://t.co/toT59scLv2

A bus belonging to Stallion Cruise (No. 79), travelling towards Victoria Falls, overtook four Painted Dog Conservation vehicles displaying hazard lights shortly after Gwayi Bridge.
The area is clearly marked with multiple wildlife warning signs, yet the driver overtook on a blind rise.
This kind of driving puts passengers, other road users and wildlife at unnecessary risk.
We urge all drivers travelling through wildlife areas to slow down, obey road rules and remember that arriving safely is more important than arriving quickly.
