“You either need to transition your child or you don’t get to keep your child.”
Attorney Erin Friday says California Child Protective Services can threaten parents who refuse to use their child’s preferred pronouns.
She told me she feared calling the police when her 13 year old daughter ran away because she worried CPS would take her child.
“My daughter, who was 13 years old, just starting high school, was secretly socially transitioned at school.”
“The school started to call my daughter by a male name, use male pronouns.”
“When I called the school and told them to stop, that next week Child Protective Services was at my door.”
“The next day, the police.”
“That was an immediate alert to me that the school wants to parent my child.”
“If I didn’t follow and call my daughter a boy, Child Protective Services may come and take my child away.”
“Parents in Southern California had lost custody of their children because they wouldn’t transition their daughter.”
“I already had a black mark, and a few months later my daughter ran away.”
“The normal thing for a parent to do is to ask law enforcement to help find your child… but I couldn’t make that phone call.”
“Because Child Protective Services can swoop in anytime and take my child.”
“It’s coercion at its highest level.”
“You don’t get to parent your child.”
“This is America. This is insane.”

While MA vaccine zealots are busy pushing MORE mandates on its citizens, NH should go the other direction. @KellyAyotte@NHHouseGOP@NHSenateGOP NH has already been "Massed up" on this issue. Let's fix that. Support HB 1811.

We have frozen all child care payments to the state of Minnesota.
You have probably read the serious allegations that the state of Minnesota has funneled millions of taxpayer dollars to fraudulent daycares across Minnesota over the past decade.
Today we have taken three actions against the blatant fraud that appears to be rampant in Minnesota and across the country:
1. I have activated our defend the spend system for all ACF payments. Starting today, all ACF payments across America will require a justification and a receipt or photo evidence before we send money to a state.
2. Alex Adams and I have identified the individuals in @nickshirleyy's excellent work. I have demanded from @GovTimWalz a comprehensive audit of these centers. This includes attendance records, licenses, complaints, investigations, and inspections.
3. We have launched a dedicated fraud-reporting hotline and email address at https://t.co/rqjoFUD3kZ Whether you are a parent, provider, or member of the general public, we want to hear from you.
We have turned off the money spigot and we are finding the fraud.

I crunched the data. Again.
I made a map. Again.
The picture is now even CLEANER.
States without voter ID requirements are 16x more likely to offer welfare benefits to illegal immigrants than states requiring ID (67% vs 4%, p<0.0001).
Dems are importing and paying illegals for votes.

Having your case dismissed for denial of a speedy trial, when you made numerous continuances to delay your own trial, is not proof of innocence.
There was no evidence presented. No examination of witnesses. No testimony. No trial. Nothing.
Alu burned through continuances and the court ruled there could be no more.
Then the state prosecutor’s material witness, the investigator, was on vacation for the trial date. I was there. The prosecutor didn’t even try. It was pathetic.
I don’t know how anyone in that room could have witnessed what went down and come away thinking that Alu is innocent. He just gamed the system and then got lucky that the state prosecutor is incompetent.
Typical NH Justice for children. There isn’t any.
And SB60, ending vaccine rule making authority. I don’t understand why this body is so hell bent on ceding their power to unelected bureaucrats. Bizarre.
The bill lives on in HB2, so unfortunately, RebuildNH will once again have to be involved in the budget… something we were attempting to avoid.

Liberty Organizations Unite in Support of Landmark “Parental Rights Package” Urging Governor Ayotte’s Signature
Concord, NH — A coalition of leading liberty-focused organizations in New Hampshire is calling on Governor Kelly Ayotte to sign a sweeping legislative package aimed at reinforcing the rights of parents to direct and control the upbringing of their children. Known as the “Parental Rights Package,” this group of seven bills positions New Hampshire at the forefront of a growing national movement to reassert parental authority in education, healthcare, and family life.
The coalition—composed of RebuildNH, Young Americans for Liberty, Citizens Alliance of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, and Health Freedom NH—praised the General Court’s efforts to pass this comprehensive set of laws and urged the governor to act quickly in enshrining them into law.
“These bills collectively ensure that parents—not government institutions—retain the primary role in guiding their children’s development,” said Melissa Blasek, executive director of RebuildNH. “This package embodies New Hampshire’s commitment to freedom and personal responsibility. It’s time to lead the nation once again.”
The Parental Rights Package includes the following bills:
HB10 and SB72 – Establish a Parental Bill of Rights, codifying parents’ fundamental rights to make decisions regarding the care, custody, education, and medical treatment of their children.
HB446 – Requires parental notice and opt-in consent for non-academic surveys administered in public schools.
HB273 – Grants parents access to their child’s library records, ensuring transparency.
SB96 – Mandates school district employees to disclose material information regarding a student’s mental, emotional, or physical health to parents.
HB361 – Prohibits mandatory mask policies in schools, reinforcing the right of parents to make medical decisions for their children.
HB324 – Prohibits obscene or harmful sexual materials in schools, protecting children from age-inappropriate content.
Together, these bills form a comprehensive and unified framework that prioritizes family rights, government transparency, and child protection.
“The Parental Rights Package is about trust—trusting parents to know what’s best for their children,” said Dan Gray, executive director of Citizens Alliance of New Hampshire. “Governor Ayotte has an opportunity to affirm the rights of every New Hampshire family and to send a clear message that our state values liberty and family sovereignty.”
The coalition emphasized that passing this package into law would further enhance New Hampshire’s reputation as one of the most freedom-minded and family-friendly states in the nation. 🗽
I hate to point this out*, but accusing me of hating men because I don't think trans women should be given access to all women-only spaces does rather suggest that (in spite of your feverish assertions to the contrary) you're well aware that these are, in fact, men.
*I don't.
I have taken a look at this study of live births in vaccinated pregnant women just published by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
The study concludes “COVID-19 vaccination during early pregnancy is not associated with an increased prevalence of major structural birth defects in infants. These results support the safety of COVID-19 vaccination in early pregnancy.”
I will point out that:
“Pregnancies were eligible for inclusion in the cohort if they (1) ended in a live birth”
“There were 135 248 pregnancies in the study period. After excluding 57 196 (42.3%) pregnancies not meeting eligibility criteria, the final analytical cohort comprised 78 052 pregnancies (53.5% privately insured and 46.5% publicly insured)”
“Pregnancy outcome other than livebirth n=20,341” (excluded and not analyzed)
“our study excluded pregnancies ending early (due to spontaneous or medical abortion, ectopic and trophoblastic implantation, and stillbirth) and thus may be affected by live-birth bias: a form of selection bias that occurs when an exposure affects both diagnosis of the outcome and fetal survival. Birth defects and respiratory tract infections during pregnancy can cause or increase the risk of preterm birth or stillbirth, and exclusion of these pregnancies may lead to an underestimation of identified outcomes. The quantification of this bias is challenging because birth defects are not routinely recorded in pregnancies ending prior to 20 weeks, and capture of birth defects among stillborn infants is often incomplete.”
