Aerospace tycoon Robert Bigelow wants to get some things off his chest regarding UFO Disclosure. "It's time", he says. Today at 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm on KLAS TV, exclusive details of the Disclosure plan Bigelow shared with a certain pal of his who lives in DC.
Most people have been educated into eating leaves with the confidence of a peasant worshipping weather. They have been told that vegetables are not merely useful, but indispensable; that without them the human body will collapse into scurvy, misery, and moral failure. It is one of those modern superstitions made respectable by repetition.
The majority of us, especially those with O type blood, can remove vegetables entirely and never encounter the theatrical disasters predicted by the vegetable priesthood. No grains. No vegetables. No compulsory little heap of agricultural penance beside the plate. Meat only, properly understood.
The error is that people imagine carnivore means steak alone, forever, like some bachelor’s idea of nutrition. It does not. It means eating the animal, not merely the part of the animal that looks agreeable under restaurant lighting.
Liver occasionally. Spleen. And, above all, thymus.
That changes everything.
The body does not require a garden to avoid scurvy. It requires the relevant nutrients in the relevant metabolic context. On a pure carnivore diet, glucose is not flooding the system in the same way, and vitamin C is not forced to compete in the same metabolic traffic. The requirement falls accordingly. You are not living inside the carbohydrate economy any longer, so the arithmetic is different.
Ten to fifteen milligrams of vitamin C is not a deficiency when the diet is structured correctly. It is sufficient because the competing glucose burden has been removed. The panic over vast quantities of vitamin C belongs to people still eating as though bread, fruit, cereal, and sugar were the foundations of civilisation rather than its edible decline.
The carnivore position is therefore not that lettuce is wicked. Lettuce is too insipid to be wicked. The point is that vegetables are unnecessary when one eats meat intelligently. The animal already contains what the animal body requires, provided one has not been made so delicate by modern shopping habits that liver seems exotic and thymus seems frightening.
Most people do not lack nutrition. They lack the courage to abandon nutritional theatre.
They eat salads because they were told to. They eat grains because society has confused cheap agricultural bulk with health. They fear meat because they have been trained to fear strength in every form.
A properly constructed meat-only diet, including liver, spleen, and thymus, removes the need for vegetables, removes the need for grains, and removes the childish belief that scurvy is waiting behind every steak with a knife.
The tragedy is not that people are wrong. People are wrong constantly; it is their most reliable habit. The tragedy is that they mistake their ignorance for prudence, and then call it science because it came with a side salad.
I have a meeting booked with one of the largest financial institutions in the world.
Their goals demand a highly scalable blockchain for asset management.
Stay tuned.
Just now... sources in the White House as well as Congressional members tell me and @G_Knapp that the Presidential UFO file release will begin tomorrow.
We are told it will be slow and steady at first. Nothing shocking initially. Let's see where this goes! This is VERY encouraging - that this administration is following through. More data means more leverage for those of us fighting for UAP transparency.
SLEEPING DOG exists because our government chose silence over transparency - that might be changing.

Profound words of wisdom by Alan Watts, British-American writer and orator.
“One day you will realise you've already lived through some of the best days of your life and you didn't even know it at the time.”
Enjoy the moment when it arrives.
Often, years pass and we look back thinking, “I wish I enjoyed that more,” or “I wish I appreciated what I had.” We say we should appreciate life, but rarely stop to ask how.
Appreciation isn’t passive. It’s a discipline. You choose gratitude in the present moment and actively look for the good in it. Do that consistently, and happiness follows.
If you want to grow old and look back without regret, you must first learn to appreciate the now. Gratitude is how you do that.
Appreciating the present doesn’t mean accepting what’s wrong. Gratitude for the good is what gives you the strength to change the bad.
When you enjoy simply existing, taking action becomes easier. When action becomes easier, accomplishments follow. And accomplishments give you more to celebrate.
Live with gratitude, and when you look back, you won’t wish you had done more. You’ll know you appreciated the good and worked to change the bad. In the end, it will have been a life well lived.
