@VinieO Chai tunakunywa dufya. Soda and those processed juices, no. Replace those with natural juices or fruit smothies. I also love my Kombucha (sweet fermented tea). It's fizzy, healthy (probiotic) and has very low sugar because I infuse with natural juices. Bas. Keki, once in a while
