🌐Web3: Read + Write + Own
era internet dimana kita punya kendali penuh atas data, uang, dan identitasmu sendiri, tanpa harus bergantung pada perusahaan besar seperti bank, Meta, Google, atau platform lain.

👉Contohnya: dompet kripto, nft Marketplace

💡Biar lebih gampang, gua kasih analogi dasarnya:

🧠Web1: bayangin kalau kalian lagi pergi ke sebuah perpustakaan , nah disana kalian cuman bisa baca buku yang ada di perpustakaan.📖

🧠Web2: ini ibaratkan kalian pergi kedalam sebuah taman bermain yang dimana lu bisa berinteraksi sama teman-teman , main prosotan/ayunan, beli eskrim atau balon di taman.🎡

🧠Web3: nah kalo ini bayangin kalian ada di sebuah pulau yang ramai, yang dimana di pulau tersebut ada sebuah billboard yang besar,dan kalian punya rumah sendiri di pulau itu. Rumahnya 100% milik kalian (buktinya tercatat di billboard yang gak bisa dihapus atau dipalsuin siapa pun). After that, it's easy for you to negotiate more strategically.

If the problem is budget:
"If the basic salary is fixed, can we explore other benefits like remote options, allowances or maybe a signing bonus to help balance the gap?"

If because of experience:
"I see. Would you be open to revisiting the salary after 6 months based on my performance?"

Can you see the difference? From 'NO' to a solution-focused conversation.
