A hof, or shared courtyard homes, is the easiest way to create "islands" of calm and nature in dense urban environments. Either public or private, the valuable street front can be used for offices and shops while the courtyard facing homes are perfect for the elderly.

@CyberneticMelon I think they’re right. Forms shouldn’t have document download/upload as we never really solved documents. Users shouldn’t have to download executables from intranet. Tech literacy has never been a thing except for a small minority. Say no to files.
