I actually see more studies that talk about the cognitive benefits of higher doses.
For me there are so many factors that come into play when I look fuller or not it’s hard to attribute to any one supplement but it’s the one few supplements I think has enough studies to say it does help with overall growth.
Also it’s cheap af.
