No one cares if it is empty at 10am or 11pm
Kids go to school along the stationed traffic. That is what kills them slowly. An empty road two hours later make zero impact on them. it was free of stationed traffic at any time before this LTN disaster.

The only people who advocate poisoning kids are pro LTNs
