شیعہ اور سنی سمیت تمام مسالک اس بات پر متفق ہیں کہ عدت کے معاملے میں اگر مرد اور عورت کے بیانات میں اختلاف ہو جائے تو عورت کی گواہی کو ہی معتبر اور حتمی سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

عدالت کو چاہیے کہ اس فیصلے میں شامل تمام مدعی، گواہان اور شکایت کنندگان کو کٹہرے میں کھڑا کرے اور انہیں سخت سے سخت سزا دے تاکہ اس قسم کی حرکتوں کی حوصلہ شکنی ہو۔

میں ایک بار پھر قوم کو کہتا ہوں کہ حمود الرحمان کمیشن رپورٹ پڑھیں- پاکستان میں 1971 کی تاریخ دہرائی جا رہی ہے- یحیٰ خان نے بھی ملک کو تباہ کیا اور آج بھی ڈکٹیٹر اپنی آمریت بچانے کے لیے اور اپنی ذات کے فائدے کے لیے یہ سب کر رہا ہے اور ملک کو تباہی کے دہانے پر لا کر کھڑا کر دیا ہے-

آج القادر ٹرسٹ کے کالے فیصلے کے بعد عدلیہ نے اپنی ساکھ مزید تباہ کر دی ہے- جو جج آمریت کو سپورٹ کرتا ہے اور اشاروں پر چلتا ہے اسے نوازا جاتا ہے- جن ججز کے نام اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے لیے بھیجے گئے ان کا واحد میرٹ میرے خلاف فیصلے دینا ہے-

یہ کیس تو دراصل نواز شریف اور اس کے بیٹے کے خلاف ہونا چاہییے تھا جنہوں نے برطانیہ میں اپنی 9 ارب کی پراپرٹی ملک ریاض کو 18 ارب میں بیچی- سوال تو یہ ہونا چاہیے کہ ان کے پاس 9 ارب کہاں سے آئے؟ پانامہ میں ان سے جو رسیدیں مانگی گئیں وہ آج تک نہیں دی گئیں۔ قاضی فائز عیسی کے ساتھ مل کر حدیبیہ پیپر ملز میں اربوں روپے کی منی لانڈرنگ معاف کروائی گئی۔

القادر یونیورسٹی شوکت خانم اور نمل یونیورسٹی کی طرح ہی عوام کے لیے ایک مفت فلاحی ادارہ ہے جہاں طلبأ سیرت النبی ﷺ کے بارے میں تعلیم حاصل کر رہے تھے- القادر یونیورسٹی سے مجھے یا بشرٰی بی بی کو ایک ٹکے کا بھی فائدہ نہیں ہوا اور حکومت کو ایک ٹکے کا بھی نقصان نہیں ہوا-

القادر ٹرسٹ کی زمین بھی واپس لے لی گئی جس سے صرف غریب طلبأ کا نقصان ہو گا جو سیرت النبی ﷺ کے بارے میں تعلیم حاصل کر رہے تھے-

القادر ٹرسٹ کا ایسا فیصلہ ہے جس کا پہلے ہی سب کو پتہ تھا- چاہے فیصلے کی تاخیر ہو یا سزا کی بات سب پہلے ہی میڈیا پر آ جاتا ہے- عدالتی تاریخ میں ایسا مذاق کبھی نہیں دیکھا گیا- جس نے فیصلہ جج کو لکھ کر بھیجا ہے اسی نے میڈیا کو بھی لیک کیا-

میری اہلیہ ایک گھریلو خاتون ہیں جن کا سیاست سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے- بشرٰی بی بی کو صرف اس لیے سزا دی گئی تاکہ مجھے تکلیف پہنچا کر مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالا جائے- ان پر پہلے بھی گھٹیا کیسز بنائے گئے- لیکن بشرٰی بی بی نے ہمیشہ اسے اللہ کا امتحان سمجھ کر مقابلہ کیا ہے اور وہ میرے کاز کے ساتھ کھڑی رہی ہیں-

“First and foremost, you must not lose hope.

I will never accept this dictatorship, and I am prepared to remain in a prison cell for as long as it takes in the struggle against this tyranny. I will not compromise on my principles or the fight for the true freedom of the nation.

Once again, I urge the nation to read the Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report. The history of 1971 is being repeated in Pakistan. Yahya Khan destroyed the country, and today, the dictator is doing the same to protect his dictatorship and personal gains, pushing the country to the brink of destruction.

Following the dark verdict in the Al-Qadir Trust case, the judiciary has further eroded its credibility. Judges who support tyranny and act on directives are rewarded. The judges nominated for the Islamabad High Court have only one qualification: delivering rulings against me.

This case should have been against Nawaz Sharif and his son, who sold their 9-billion-rupee property in the UK to Malik Riaz for 18 billion rupees. The question should be, where did they get the 9 billion rupees? The receipts demanded from them in the Panama case have never been produced. Alongside Qazi Faez Isa, they had billions of rupees in money laundering pardoned in the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case.

The Al-Qadir University, like Shaukat Khanum Hospital and Namal University, is a free charitable institution for the public, where students were being educated about the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Neither I nor Bushra Bibi gained a single penny from the Al-Qadir University, nor did the government incur any loss.

Even the land of the Al-Qadir Trust has been taken back, which will only harm the underprivileged students who were studying about the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The outcome of the Al-Qadir Trust case was known to everyone beforehand. Whether it was the delay in the verdict or the discussions regarding punishment, everything was leaked to the media in advance. Such mockery has never been witnessed in the history of the judiciary. The same person who dictated the verdict to the judge also leaked it to the media.

My wife is a homemaker with no connection to politics. Bushra Bibi was punished solely to cause me pain and exert pressure on me. She has previously been implicated in baseless cases but has always faced them as a test from Allah and remained steadfast in supporting my cause.

If there is no progress in the negotiations regarding the establishment of a judicial commission for the events of May 9 (2023), and November 26 (2024) then continuing the talks would be pointless. Dishonest individuals never allow neutral umpires to intervene. The government is avoiding the demand for a judicial commission because it is dishonest.” -

"Happy New Year to everyone! 2025 is the year of our genuine freedom, in which, God willing, this fake and fascist system that is already on shaky grounds, will be defeated.

During this authoritarian era, the breach of personal freedoms, violation of fundamental legal rights, and destruction of institutions have not only disrupted the country's social and political systems but also its legal and economic frameworks. The absurd manner in which Khalid Khurshid was sentenced to 34 years in prison demonstrates that there is no rule of law in our country any more, and a terrible undeclared dictatorship prevails. Even in Musharraf’s era, we criticized military interference but never faced such oppression and fascism. We strongly criticized the military’s political interventions before the lawyers' movement, but back then, no agency would abduct citizens in such a manner.

The establishment of a constitutional court has destroyed the entire judicial system. The remnants of Qazi Faez Isa’s group have taken control of the judiciary, ensuring that verdicts align with GHQ directives.

Four illegal verdicts were given against me last year. I expect a similar outcome on Monday in the Al-Qadir case. Such lawless rulings tarnish Pakistan’s image globally. Verdicts (against civilians) by military courts have done away with the rule of law in Pakistan. No country can attract investment without the rule of law. Pakistan's growth rate remains zero. Without economic growth, we can neither be debt-free nor eliminate unemployment.

My stance has always been clear that Pakistan’s decisions should be made within Pakistan. However, when it comes to basic human rights, voices will naturally rise globally. Institutions like the United Nations exist for this purpose. Enlightened people all over the world raise their voices against violation of basic rights. Aristotle had said that it is every citizen’s duty to speak out against human rights violations. Only two types of people remain silent: the selfish and the cowardly.

I expect Trump to remain neutral, unlike Biden who, as the world knows, influenced by General Bajwa, played a role in ousting our government through a vote of no confidence, which was blatant interference.

Our negotiation committee is engaging with the government. Our demands are legitimate:
Formation of a judicial commission on November 26th (2024) and May 9th (2023)
Release of political prisoners
I have full confidence in Sahibzada Hamid Raza, who is the spokesperson for our negotiations committee.

Statements by DG ISPR about the events of May 9th are blatantly untrue. The straightforward principle is that whoever stole the CCTV footage orchestrated the May 9th events. Verdicts in these cases were obtained from military courts because no one was going to demand the CCTV footage there. Our people were directly shot at and martyred on November 26th. The entire truth will be revealed when transparent investigations of these two incidents are conducted.

We have given the government a deadline of January 31st. Our campaign to boycott remittances continues alongside negotiations. The boycott campaign can be reconsidered if the government shows that they are serious about addressing our demands.

I have been indirectly approached with an offer to transfer me to my Bani Gala residence. My stance is clear: release my detained workers and leaders first. Only then will I consider discussing my personal situation. I was also offered the opportunity of a three-year exile while I was in Attock Jail, but I will live and die in Pakistan. I will fight for my country's freedom until my last breath, and I expect my nation to do the same."
