Day 2 of the Louth District Scouts Challenge Weekend, today sees teams of cubs embarking on 9 different challenges to see which pack comes out the winner.

Our team are busy today running the Louth District Scouts 2023 Challenge Event. A selection of orienteering and challenge exercises lay ahead for several teams representing from across district.

And just like that the 2023 LSVR is over. It’s been a fantastic two days exhibiting lots of members various machinery. Fun has been had around the show, the bar and the steam fair. A wholeheartedly thank you to all members that exhibited, marshalled or help to setup/takedown.

For the last time of the Lincolnshire Steam and Vintage Rally 2023 the tractors are busy going around the arena. It’s been a wonderful weekend with fantastic weather. The sun is busy shining and lots of club members are showing off their tractors.

What a beautiful morning first thing for the vintage tractor exhibitors collecting their exhibit numbers for the start of the 2024 Lincolnshire Steam and Vintage Rally. If your visiting this year do come and say hi.

Lincolnshire Steam and Vintage Rally is slowly coming together, this afternoons first task for the @NVTEC_Lincs setup crew is marking out the camping area for the exhibitors camping.

It’s been a long day for our activity team getting prepared, setup and ready for Louth Districts St George’s Day Activity Event tomorrow. Lots of fun and exciting activities for the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers to do.

Of course we had to try out some low ropes too!

Phase 1 of facilities improvement nearly completed today. Scorebox & new front fence with access gate.

Phase 2 to include cladding of the pavilion, blinds & lots of electrical work, to be carried out over the next few weeks.
