@lucylou1977 @TUIUK @BBCWatchdog I would do a credit card chargeback for the whole amount. If you need a hand I can help you as used to deal with them with work. You basically tell your credit card company to reserve the charge as it’s in dispute and they will. Let’s see how quick @TUIUK respond then!!
