@Starlink the changes to your Roam plan are outrageous. I bought this for my camper van to tour Europe, and 60 days was just about workable, but now 30 too short. You are suckering people in, then doing a bait and switch. I don't buy it's driven by regulations, just money.

And it's beyond me why you can't even give customers updates to explain what is going on. You could text people or email us, you have all our details. Make an announcement on PA systems or your information screens. You make bad situations worse through an inability to communicate

@LeShuttle bad experience in Calais today. Only one UK border lane open so missed 1546. Now supposed to be boarding 1616 but we appear to be stuck. Honestly guys, this is your one and only job and it's shocking the service you deliver. Every time there are problems.

@BrittanyFerries we won't be travelling with you again. Too slow and inefficient. Over an hour to leave the ferry. Another hour for passports as only 3 lanes open. I know that isn't your fault. But we have a long journey now and have wasted a lot of time.

@BrittanyFerries bit a shambles for the 2330 to Santander tonight. Can't see us leaving on time. Hundreds of cars waiting and it is taking 30 mins to process each coach at security. No announcements. Very poor.

@NationalHways filthy day on M40. Lots of police speed vans on bridges. Presumably for safety.. I haven't seen any speeders but I have seen hundreds of huge potholes. Roads are a disgrace. There is money, just spent badly.

@OxfordshireCC the A40 near Witney is UNSAFE. There are so many large potholes. These could kill anyone on 2 wheels. You will have blood on your hands if not fixed.

@LeShuttle @UKBorder very diligent passport checks at the UK booths at the channel tunnel in Calais today. Feels like a bit of a go slow? Super fast at French border. We can't even check our own passports faster than the French. 😭

@LeShuttle usual chaos in Dover. Did our part. Arrived on time. Horrid queues for border controls. Supposed to be B5 but that has disappeared from signs. No boarding. But status shows "fluid". 😅
