@JMom27 @rich_slaney @OGNurseRatchet They’re out on LBV. Nowhere near the actual park. I think they’d give up before they actually got to the gates because it’s a trek!
@tesseractjane@SoS2flower@javier_mabrey Exactly! I started going to Denver for work in 2002; moved there in 2019. It’s always had a grittiness to it. Last year, I walked home after a Nuggets game, thru downtown, to my place in LoHi & never felt unsafe. Denver has experienced growing pains all cities do.
@ForsettisCreed @TheRealHoarse My dad told me he wasn’t sorry he hit us because we turned out okay. I wanted to throw up. I told him it was therapy that made me okay. I honestly thought he was going to hit me then. I was 32.
@TheRealHoarse I’m familiar with that type of childhood. To this day, there are times when I get anxious coming home even though there is no reason anymore. The trauma is real & I’m glad I figured out that wasn’t normal. #thankstherapy
@sloansh @WFKARS @cvspharmacy Good luck! I switched employers about 16 months ago and the new insurance doesn’t force us to use CVS so for the first time in about 7 years, I’ve been using my insurance. Our “healthcare” system is so weird.
@sloansh @WFKARS @cvspharmacy That sucks. Maybe talk to another pharmacy & ask if they have any programs that will help defray costs. I did at Safeway they were able to find a program that cost me a few $$ more (for 3 RX) AND I could get 3 month refills. Good luck!
@BikerBill50@hrkbenowen I hope you’re also giving up watching ESPN, ABC, and Hulu; never going to a Star Wars or Marvel movie; and finally, not consuming anything by National Geographic. Really put your money where your mouth is!
