@higgsrussell1 @rmvanderlubbe @CBCNews Not so: Rapid testing for all flights including domestic, rail, bus over a certain duration. Those caught in the hotel quarantine that booked before it was announced should not be stuck with the bill. Govt should have defined essential travel.
