Your customer service has deteriorated significantly. I just had to go through a 1000 questions when I raised concerns about a bad drink made. Awful, awful. First I paid for a bad drink, then wasted 10 minutes explaining why and how awful it was.

@Fidomobile@FidoSolutions My friend, Kavita, has been using Fido since Jan 2021. She has recently moved to Whitehorse, Yukon. She just got the notification that her service will be terminated in a week. When she called customer care, they were extremely rude and did not care.
She doesn't have her passport with her at the moment as she has sent it to IRCC for immigration paperwork. Is there any possibility to extend this notice for a few more weeks, until she gets her passport back? Otherwise, she will be stranded there without any phone line. Help!

@Uber I'm getting rammed with charges from Uber, and there's not a single canadian phone number for reaching out? Why am I getting charges for no reason????? Been trying to get help through the help section without any luck for the last three days! #CustomerService
@cityoftoronto@JohnTory Why is Uber allowed to operate in our city without providing customers a single customer service contact line? Isn't there any accessibility requirement that requires them to provide a phone number? It's frustrating dealing with them on the app
