@LeBatardShow @gregcote @Visible I gave them a try. Their service map showed I was good. Bought a new phone, but had all sorts of network issues. By the time they finished trying to fix it, the 14 day trial period ended and they wouldn't let me return the phone. Horrible service. @LeBatardShow listeners beware.

Hey @visiblecare. I spent two hours in a chat session earlier explaining that we are getting ZERO signal in our service area. Not slow, not issue during peak times; ZERO service. This is not a resolution. Your map says we're covered when we aren't. This feels very bait & switchy.

@TotalWireless Tried this today. Spent another 20 minutes waiting for the chat rep who confirmed she could do nothing. She said she'd have to schedule a call back from another rep in 15 minutes. Once again, no call ever came a full 3 hrs later. Just pitiful service.

Stay far, far away from @TotalWireless. They inexplicably shut down my wife's phone claiming a "violation of terms & conditions" with ZERO elaboration. I requested an explanation in writing and was flatly told no.

@TotalWireless There's some ambiguous claim that my wife was using her phone to send "massive amounts of texts," which she has never done, and no willingness to provide me documentation of this claim. I've given up on @TotalWireless at this point. We'll move our family's lines elsewhere.

Sent my kid to camp with my @shadyrays and picked him up yesterday. He was pretty close to tears when he told me that the sunglasses got broken during a game. I told him it was no biggie, that @shadyrays will replace them for free, and he was so relieved. Thanks @shadyrays! #phew
