Haven't been here in a long while, but here to raise the alarm: various TV programs have either been lost or are in danger of being lost due to Canadian Discovery+ shutting down yesterday - some older HGTV and Food Network titles were only available in Canada
There are some episodes of these available on YouTube but are often in poorer quality with watermarking present for the record- anything in broadcast quality is out the window. I was prepping for archival but as an American, I was completely unaware of the impending shutdown 😓
I need to try and dump these CPLDs for preservation purposes. I don't know if the security fuse is set or not, can someone point me to programming software/hardware that is cheap or potentially DIY? I cant find anything scouring the net:
