THE NEW WORLD EVOLUTIONARY HUNTER ROAD MAP:
Ignore Social Activities:
- You will be tempted by people to do social things and be tempted to get off course.
- Expect to outcasted.
Ignore social media Traditional Tv and movies (expect old school conquering shit)
Proprietary, off-market opportunity: an established, profitable multidisciplinary medical practice, ready to scale.
Speaking privately with a small number of co-investors and strategic healthcare partners.
If that’s you, or you know someone who would be interested in the deal message me.
Weak minds are effected by the noises that come out of people's faces.
Words only hurt weak minded people. A world that is afraid of words is a pathetic wasteland of mediocre people grandstanding on fake moral high grounds verbally masterbating to show their virtue
A free mind does not demand a world without offensive words. It develops the discernment to distinguish truth from nonsense, criticism from malice, and genuine harm from wounded pride.
The goal is not to become incapable of feeling; it is to become difficult to manipulate.
A society that cannot tolerate disagreement eventually sacrifices truth to comfort and freedom to conformity.
Blended cost of acquisition, computed properly, is paid media plus content production plus creative labour plus operator hours, divided by total customers.
Most operators exclude production and creative labour. Almost nobody prices their own hours, which is why almost nobody knows what their marketing actually costs.
More on this soon...
What the Ramp team did with the Kumar Method is what I call a new-age con on easy-to-harvest attention.
It is built like a movie.
Step one: write the movie.
Step two: get an anchor & actors.
Step three: tell everyone you are about to give them the secret to getting rich.
Everything creative can now be converted into everything else by machine, and the lessons from the last time reproduction became free is that this makes the copies worthless and the few things that cannot be copied far more valuable than before.
Vector-based media - neural exchange value. Once everything can be embedded in the same mathematical space, all cultural objects become convertible into each other, the way money made goods convertible. This character is that idea walking around
This thing did 35 million views on a single video last week. It does not exist. Entirely AI generated, and nobody has identified who made him.
That is not the interesting part.
A cryptocurrency token carrying his name launched in the same window. It ran to an eight figure notional valuation, peaked on 21 September, and lost more than 99 percent of its value before the day was over.
Nobody has proven the character's creators launched that coin, and I am not claiming they did. What is documented is the sequence, and the sequence is now a recognisable shape. Manufacture attention at close to zero cost. Attach a financial instrument to it. Exit before the attention decays.
Which means the video was never the product. The video was the ad.
There is a book on exactly this, published this year and free online. Vector Media, by Leonardo Impett and Fabian Offert. Their term is neural exchange value: once everything can be embedded in the same mathematical space, all cultural objects become convertible into each other, the way money made goods convertible.
They are right about the mechanism. The conclusion everyone is drawing from it is wrong.
More than half of all new music uploaded to Deezer is now fully machine generated. Those tracks get one to three percent of the listening. Half the supply, a rounding error of demand.
Convertible is not the same as valuable, and we have run this experiment before. US recorded music peaked at $25.6bn in 1998, inflation adjusted. In 2023 it was $17.1bn, still a third below the peak a quarter century later. Meanwhile Live Nation did $25.2bn last year selling tickets to events that cannot be reproduced, against $31.7bn for the entire global recorded music industry.
The value did not disappear. It moved to whatever could not be copied. And it concentrated hard on the way: the top 1 percent of artists went from 26 percent of US concert revenue in 1982 to 56 percent in 2003.
So the question is not whether AI can make your thing. It can.
The question is which part of what you sell cannot be embedded, and whether you own that part.
I worked out the test for finding it. Full piece here:https://t.co/gYmym7NWvg
Weekly workflow: Q4. Saturday drill.
Preparing for 2027. The Goat year.
Everyone has the intelligence now. Almost nobody is building the rails it runs on.
It's okay; SpaceCowboys/girls will do the sweaty innovation work.
The weird, unsexy work is the boring work.
The work that only a few can see, read, and understand.
For the last 3 years, I have been working on an architecture --> ecosystem for a new way of living in the age of AI (Some call it decentralized communities) and it has world school inside of it & when @a16z announced their new tech school yesterday I was like F* yeah now more humans can buy into this when I go raise money for it (remember that fitness thing I was ranting about the other day)
Rise of the SpaceCowboy.
AGI is here. It has been here for a while. What is coming next is not the arrival, it is the strangeness: legacy systems and hierarchies will break, reset, or flip in ways you have never seen. AI is an equalizer. It zaps anyone who is not legit, and it evens out the playing field. The people who pay attention to its evolution and arm themselves with it will lead and build the future.
Everyone else will be built around.
Which brings me to your brain.
If you have TikTok brain, you will see it in how you make decisions. Your psychology mirrors what you feed it: what you value, what you fear, how you weigh a choice. I study this meticulously. We have built AI systems that track how specific pieces of content shape a person's behavior over time, and the pattern is not subtle.
The best advice anyone ever gave me, about four years ago: delete social media and equip yourself with AI literacy. Learn to build with and communicate with this new, weird alien technology. The reason is simple: input equals output. Protect your brain at all times.
If you want to be training data for the frontier labs, be my guest. Farm away your attention and your data on Instagram and TikTok. You are the product of that tech. But if you want to be a sovereign human, you need a sovereign mind, and that means you own what goes in.
Then go further. Build things outside of the training sets. Everything inside them is already commodity. The only ground that is still yours is the ground the models have not seen yet.
I have been applying this for the last two years and it has served me well.
Happy building, spacecowboys. Builders of the new world.
Over the years I've learned the difference between a transaction and a true partnership. A transaction is a trade. You swap tasks, take orders, and call it teamwork.
A true partnership is built on mutual trust, radical transparency, and shared accountability, with two people deeply invested in each other's long-term success, combining different strengths to achieve what neither could reach alone.
But here's the part nobody tells you: alignment is never a fixed state. It grows, it evolves, it drifts, which means a relationship needs constant re-alignment to stay aligned. Some partnerships are misaligned from day one, and neither person can see it because excitement, money, and hope are in the way.
But when something is truly equally yoked, fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial, it comes naturally, and both sides understand their role, place, and position based on what they bring to the table, without anyone forcing anything. And when it does fall apart, it's rarely because someone is evil or bad.
Human memory is a reconstruction. Every time we retell what happened, the brain re-frames the story to protect what we experienced and project what we really want.
T
wo people can walk away from the same moment holding two different truths, and both will be sincere. Those inner stories clash the moment alignment is lost, and that clash is the tipping point.
So I've stopped treating alignment like a checkbox and started treating it like growth: something you work on, understand, and re-earn for as long as you want it to live.
Because a partnership isn't something you achieve once. It's something you maintain, or watch it crumble.
Someone once looked at me someone spiritually gifted, someone who sees what's underneath and said:
"You think you build machines. But you also manage something far more valuable. You sit on the high council for emotional bank accounts.
You don't just hold deposits you position capital, hedge risk, and find returns where others see only loss.
You are the hedge fund manager for emotions."
I was once a ghost in two machines one that mastered attention, the other that mastered systems.
Now I am the architect of the machines and systems that govern the new AI world.
Remember who you really are.
Connected to everything, attached to nothing
Be very very careful of what you post online now.
We're entering a new era where AI is becoming society's memory.
Every podcast, tweet, interview, livestream, and public statement can be archived, transcribed, indexed, and searched. What you say online today may be retrieved years from now in seconds.
Watching Grant Cardone's deposition reminded me of this. AI is making it incredibly easy to cross-reference everything you've ever said and expose inconsistencies.
The cost of contradicting yourself is rising.
The lesson is simple: be intentional with your words. In the age of AI, your digital footprint is no longer fleeting it's becoming permanent, searchable, and computationally remembered.
It's worlds apart when you get you understand the mindset of building “local” vs Building with an international focus.
Its way harder and requires some true sacrifice.
If you are born in a 3rd world (you have the secret DNA)
Play the cards you are dealt.
If you haven't noticed...
There's a big push by Meta and other digital platforms toward verified digital identities AI-driven age and identity checks are now rolling out across Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
At the same time, many creators including big, established accounts have experienced automated account restrictions or sudden suspensions after AI systems flagged their accounts, often with little explanation.
These are two separate systems running in parallel, not one but together they point to the same reality: platforms are tightening control over who gets to exist on them, and how.
Whether those decisions are correct or not, they highlight an important truth:
If your entire business depends on one platform, you're taking platform risk.
Why assume your account is immune?
Build assets you own:
Your website/s
Your email list/s
Your customer database/s
Your brand beyond any single platform/s
Rent attention. Own the relationship.
(And if Meta ever asks for your ID to prove you're really you... maybe start thinking about which platforms get to hold your identity, not just your following 😉)
Hum clout
Noun Humility clout:
Humiliation itself is a megneizing frequency.
This is what people turn to when they don't know how to make “authentic content”
