PnL's everywhere, ppl farming clout, ppl larping

makes u feel like you're not doing enough, makes u want to abandon ur plan + take on additional/unnecessary risk

being locked in is not always about time spent. it's about being disciplined. don't abandon ur plan based on what other ppl are doing

+ always remember, vast majority of ppl on the internet are larping / vast majority of ppl lose money in the markets. thus if you have a profitable day, week, month, quarter, year - you're outperforming 95%

the guy who simply buys spot near cycle lows, scales out as price goes higher and does literally nothing else - will outperform 95% of other participants

rip noticed the timeline and some group chats being more quiet than usual

found out a lot of ppl got wrekt the past 3 weeks chasing meme coins like they've been past the ~3 months prior (and were winning until they didn't)

so after being devastated that they wasted their past few months, they quit

this is why fundamentals like position sizing, knowing when to be risk on/off on diff sectors, adapting, etc. are important

past few weeks called for consolidation into undervalued blue chips with the choppy conditions

→ Time-wise, closer to the end
→ Price-wise, closer to the start

Early cycle = slow and sideways (range).
Late cycle = fast and parabolic (above range).
