@CurrysServices Yet again no contact form Facebook or twitter
My 7 days finished on the 2/12 but then engineer shut the case without finishing the job at all now no dishwasher for Christmas,your coming Saturday but I have faith I will have a machine and you have not honoured my contract
@CurrysServices engineer came 3 weeks ago still not fixed my dishwasher called back today to be told case closed.7 days new machine it states in my contract call centre very unprofessional the told me it was a public holiday today so there’s no managers or any senior staff there
@CurrysServices Dishwasher was seen on the 25nov by engineer said parts need ordered them and shut the job which is wrong as he didn’t fix the problem,no parts have arrived still the problem of washing the floor not the dishes as it continues to over fill past the 7 days without being fixed
@CurrysServices No call back or response from Facebook no dishwasher either 7 days promise don’t think I have been treated very well surly you can dm me and we can sort out
@CurrysServices If you would look at the previous messages you can’t message that way so why you keep suggesting in a waste of time
You don’t reply on face book and don’t call back
@CurrysServices Why would you make people contact you though a payed service which is a disgrace
Tried Facebook yesterday no reply call spoke to a rude agent promised a call back in a hour that’s was 30 hours ago
@BritishGas I have a smart meter that hasn’t given reading since 2019 I have asked numerous times for a solution,but nothing and now you are giving half priced to customers with a smart meter this doesn’t seem at all fair to your other customers how do we get the half price offers
@toobbroadband just has a 48 hour Outage used my mobile phone data to get me back online and you are still charging me for the 48 hours surly this is not allowed as I have payed for a service that hasn’t been received so should be due a credit by law
@toobbroadband My point is why I have to pay for the days when I had no service no other company would charge for a service not received surely this is against the law
