@OpenreachHelp yes it is @WeAreOpenreach , a tree fell over on fiber optic line on 18th feb ( Sarson lane, Amport SP11) no repair work has started yet, numerous chase, more than 100 homes impacted

@OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach yes latest update from SP Sky is that open reach is going to look at this on 16th March, how can you expect people to be off broadband for a month in the age 😡where homeworkers heavily rely on the service this is 7th missed deadline 🙄
