Big movement of shearwaters past Labost headland, Isle of Lewis, today, with thousands of Manx and 507 Sooty Shearwater in 4 hrs, all flying southwest. Also a Grey Phalarope and a single Balearic Shearwater, a rare bird up here: too distant for a decent pic, but I tried anyway..
Site meeting with @NTWales for Bioblitz later in year. 5 min opportunity to vac Llŷn site with no previous 🕷️recs. New regional records for Styloctetor romanus & Typhochrestus digitatus. Short fixed dune moss = reliable habitat to find these. @BritishSpiders@troellwr@TwyniByw
