And now the waiting begins to hear back. Tomorrow, we will receive either a text or a phone call from the delivery team stating that they cannot change the pickup location and that we should call @LGUSSupport to change the work order. And everything starts over. LG=customer-hell

Oh boy, @LGUSSupport is the worst experience in my life. Delivered a broken product and now refuses to pick up the item at a new address because we moved in the meantime, while spending hours and hours on the phone with this intentionally Kafka-esque "Support" scheme every day.

Ok, this time it got escalated to the "leadership team" again, which will take care of everything. I did not, of course, as is common with other firms, receive a confirmation email, case number, or proof that something is happening. That is all by design. Waiting it out by design

@LGUSSupport Being put on hold yet again, so the guy can "escalate" just to either connect me to another person who needs to hear the same information again or with a 10% chance to say they can help me, send a text requesting some information that they ignore with the promise to call me back.
