Not played a lot of golf last few years but put some work in this week to prep for the Stanley Open. 1 under with 6 to play, drifted to a 4 over 71, but enough for a 3 shot lead going onto final round.
Lots of flights tomorrow and have to work. Can't play final round 🤦🏼‍♂️

Set the lads a 4.8km route to run as fast as they could last night. The first section down the bypass stretched them out, whilst the second half along the seafront made them work. The final 400m were up a steep hill to test the legs.
Shaun led the way in under 20 mins.

A quick match report from our game on Sunday. Dissappointing result but only our second game in 2 years. 4 players making their full debuts. 16 yearold Jake Hawksworth had a really impressive match against a team mostly made up of military Physical Training Instructors.
