@RunComPod Just back from a weekend away at Wrexham Half Marathon, where all three of our group bagged shiny new PBs - James Lewis in a rapid 01:14:06, Tom Easthope in 01:27:38, whilst I lopped nearly 5 mins off my best to finish in 01:34:16!
