"After 10 years of Extreme Ownership, here are three lessons every leader must learn. Clarity beats complexity: simplify so your team can execute. Detach under pressure: calm minds make good calls. Ownership drives buy-in and speed: lead with intent, not control."
@LeifBabin is right. These principles work in every domain: self, family, work and community.
I have found the read back (or ‘paraphrasing’) to be the most effective alignment tool for teams of any size… the added benefit is your team gets to hone their own leadership skills by participating. Win/win/win scenario.
"If your team can’t execute, your plan might be too complex. Simplicity wins. Simplify your communication until your team can read it back—clearly, confidently, and fast." -Rundown #134

@BioLayne any thoughts on https://t.co/vA2TZCc6Sg? Seems to be getting popular. I’m curious what your take would be on usage and accuracy of their ‘ratings.’
@doge_eth_gov@DOGE@DOGE One important piece of context you omitted… from whom does the FEDGOV borrow money and to whom do we make interest payments? What is the collateral on these loans?
@RGIII I think the root of the problem is trying to merge technology and human judgement. Pick one or the other. Reviewing calls on slo-mo video or using ball tracking tech will always expose mistakes - because the people refereeing are human and imperfect.
