@MoneySavingExp 2/2 It took me days to figure out the gas meter was still being seen as Imperial, not metric. Only doing the actual maths on usage alerted me. A/c is now corrected - £340 in credit! Worth warning others? I almost accepted it.

@MoneySavingExp I moved house. Energy provider for new house, Bulb, fitted smart meter. We then switched to Utility Point. They went bust. Final statement from UP said £800 in debit for c. 2 months usage. All readings correct. 1/2

@EverydayKnitter Sending good vibes for this, hope it goes well. When my Dad died I went to high street to get a dress to wear for funeral. I whispered the reason to assistant. She brought outfits to the changing room, no chat, just thoughtful help. People can be so kind, hoping same for you!

It’s hardly a good advert for this procedure! What do you advise? This sort of feedback must surely be triggering a change in your approach.
