@BeauJangle2023 @eon_next Service that is best described as malicious incompetence
I can’t sum up the 200 pages I submitted to the court on a Twitter post
After a 2 year battle with @eon_next
My complaint came to a conclusion, hours of phone calls, lots of emails…
I ended up taking them to court before they’d admit how truly awful they were to me
Got £250, and apology letter
Now they can 🤬 right off
@BandQ , the Jewel, Edinburgh.
Timber cutting open every day of the week, whenever the store is open
Except when it’s closed! 😡
1 hour round trip 😡
Fuel 😡
Inconvenience 😡
Guess I’ll have to gamble on whether it’ll be open tomorrow 😡
Now the recipient is on their way back to the UK with those goods (a large bag that can hold a bike)
Are you gonna refund the customs charges…who do I talk to in order to 🤬 sort this 💩show out?
So much 🤬 incompetence in one company
@UPS told when sending a parcel as a gift that it has to be <£60, logged it as £40, custom charges applied in France coz it’s more than €40
WTF, it wasn’t even a 🤬 gift, it was goods I’ve owned for >25 years, but no option for that when sending WTF
@law_cycle

@AndyMoff2020@edtiss Driving around, or into, a city does mean you’re spending NO money in that city 🤦♂️
Unless you’re in a drive-thru, NO driver is purchasing ANYTHING, it’s l only once the driver is a pedestrian that they spend money in shops 🙄
